    Counseling for Teens

Teens face unprecedented stressors from many different directions. School, relationships, social media, political and global dilemmas, and other social and cultural pressures can feel very overwhelming to handle. Teens are under pressure to plan for their futures while simultaneously working through the issues that organically come with young adulthood. It’s a lot to manage, and nobody should have to do it alone.

Therapy can help you unpack and sort through the mental clutter, figure out which direction you’d like to go, and create a map to get you there successfully. With a customized treatment plan, persistence, and support, you’ll leave therapy with practical tools to keep you moving in the direction you want to go. And if you’re not sure where that is yet, we can start by figuring that out. It’s what therapy is for! You don’t have to be perfect here. It’s a safe place to explore the things you don’t like and figure out how you’d like to make positive changes.
